meaning, which I saw (maybe the author meant something else)
red boat symbolizes the former Soviet Union, on a ship says "victory", meaning a victory in the Second World War, which for a long time made a symbol of the might of the Soviet Union, but the union is known to split up. inscription at the top, "sailed" in the Russian language is an expression of - well, everything sailed. It means that, without doing anything the situation was brought to such a state that worse. figure with a cane, probably represents older people, who at one time created the greatness of the Soviet Union, but living in a different country, which is now Russia
