If it just is a digital manipulation on a picture, then I would say it is really well done.
This your "modern art" realy stupid and have no sence. I can do that too: draw doodles year-old child. And for any "lovers" will say that they have no imagination.
You like zombies. If work in the DD - it is worthy to "add". On your personal opinion and thoughts of the brain is missing.

For me, I sincerely love this photo honestly, because it makes my mind to visualize such surreal situation in a simple way. My imagination goes really wild, I can imagine the Moon was resting on a quiet forest, glimmering in such a melancholic way. It doesn't have to be a DD for me to like it. If its not a DD, I will still fave it.
If you think this kind of art are 'stupid and no sense', well just pitiful. Maybe for you, art is just about the technique and how detailed it is... well its wrong. You will know what I said when you're grow up a bit
